The
platform allows agencies to book Ryanair flights directly, ensuring full price
transparency for customers.
This
move is part of Ryanair’s broader strategy to work exclusively with trusted and
authorised partners. The aim is to protect customer data, avoid hidden fees,
and ensure passengers receive flight updates directly from the airline—without
the need for customers to manually verify bookings. In contrast, unauthorised
agencies are often accused of scraping data, charging hidden markups, and
misleading passengers.
Travel
Agent Direct simplifies access to Ryanair’s extensive network of over 3,600
daily flights to more than 230 destinations across Europe, giving
brick-and-mortar agencies a powerful tool to serve their clients more
efficiently.
Dara
Brady, Chief Marketing Officer at Ryanair, said:
“We’re
delighted to launch Travel Agent Direct, giving authorised agencies access to
Ryanair’s low fares across our entire network of 230+ destinations—on the
condition they provide full fare transparency to customers. This initiative
reinforces our ongoing commitment to fair and transparent sales practices.
Travellers can now be confident they’re seeing real Ryanair prices and that
their contact information reaches us directly, so we can keep them informed
about their flights. As Ryanair targets 300 million passengers annually by
2034, we look forward to strengthening our partnerships with trusted travel
agencies across Europe.”
