The Hospitality Asia Event Series has announced the
dates for the 9th Hospitality Philippines Conference (#HPC2026), which will
take place on 9–10 September 2026 at the Marriott Manila. Bringing together
hotel owners, developers, operators, investors and technology specialists, the
two-day event will examine how the Philippine hospitality sector can sustain
growth while adapting to changing market conditions.
Held under the country theme "What Comes After
Growth: Hospitality's Next Test in the Philippines," the conference
reflects the industry's shift from rapid expansion to long-term operational
performance. Discussions will focus on investment decisions, destination
development, commercial strategies and technological innovation at a time when
both domestic and international tourism continue to evolve.
Four specialised summits address key industry
challenges
Aligned with the regional Hospitality Asia 2026 theme,
"Leading Hospitality Forward: Investing in Design, Driving Results," the
conference programme is structured around four parallel summits covering the
industry's most pressing topics.
The first day opens with the Hotel Investment Summit
Philippines, where developers, institutional investors and international hotel
operators will discuss capital allocation, emerging destinations beyond Metro
Manila, infrastructure development and investment opportunities in an
increasingly competitive market.
Running alongside it, the Hotel Design Summit
Philippines explores how architecture and interior design can strengthen
destination identity while creating resilient, sustainable hospitality assets.
Sessions will examine locally inspired design concepts, climate-conscious
construction and the role of authentic cultural storytelling in enhancing
long-term property value.
Revenue management and travel technology take centre
stage
The second conference day shifts attention to
commercial performance and digital transformation. The Hotel Revenue Summit
Philippines will bring together revenue managers, commercial executives and
pricing specialists to discuss changing demand patterns, distribution
strategies and integrated sales and marketing approaches in a rapidly evolving
travel market.
The programme is complemented by the Travel Byte
Summit, which debuts as a new conference track in 2026. Focusing on the unique
geographical characteristics of the Philippines, the summit will examine how
digital technologies can improve connectivity across the country's more than
7,000 islands. Industry experts from hospitality, aviation, maritime transport
and government will explore integrated travel technologies designed to create
smoother guest journeys and more efficient transport networks.
Regional decision-makers expected in Manila
Organisers expect the conference to attract more than
100 speakers and over 500 pre-qualified delegates representing more than 300
companies from across the Asia-Pacific region.
In addition to keynote sessions and panel discussions,
the event will feature an exhibition showcasing hospitality technologies,
sustainable building materials and design innovations. Dedicated Match & Meet
networking sessions are designed to facilitate direct business discussions
between investors, developers, hotel operators and solution providers.
As the Philippine tourism industry enters a new stage
of development, the conference aims to provide practical strategies for
improving operational performance, strengthening investment decisions and
creating resilient hospitality businesses prepared for the next phase of market
growth.
