World Travel Market London, organised by RX, has
announced that the ITT Future You Forum will once again take place at this
year’s event, continuing a successful partnership that began in 2009.
Founded by the Institute of Travel and Tourism, ITT
Future You connects students and graduates with the travel industry, offering
mentorship, networking, and career opportunities. Since its inception, the
forum has grown into one of the most anticipated sessions at WTM London,
attracting more than 500 students annually.
Event
Details
Date & Time: Thursday, 6 November 2025, 10:45am –
12:00pm, followed by a 30-minute networking session
Venue:
Orange Theatre, ExCeL London
Theme: Reimagining Travel in a Changing World
The 2025 edition will explore how shifting global
policies and traveller behaviours are reshaping the industry, with a particular
focus on how Gen Z is redefining career paths through values such as
sustainability, cultural connection and social impact.
Speakers and Line-Up
The line-up is being finalised, but already includes
high-profile speakers such as Kate Irwin, Managing Director EMEA at Skift, and
a panel of this year’s TTG 30 under 30 Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders.
Last year’s forum featured speakers such as Jo
Ryzmowska, renowned for her leadership at Royal Caribbean Group and awarded an
MBE for her commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the travel and
tourism sectors.
Year-Round Impact
Beyond its annual WTM London forum, ITT Future You is
active throughout the year. Its On the Road initiative hosts events at UK
universities, while international editions have been launched in Brazil and
Kenya in partnership with the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership. Online
masterclasses led by industry experts further extend its reach.
Voices from the Industry
Claire Steiner, Chair of Education and Training at the
Institute of Travel and Tourism and ITT Future You co-founder, said:
“Our longstanding relationship with WTM London has
helped ITT Future You cement its role as the leading industry-led student
initiative, inspiring and creating real value for tourism students and
graduates.”
Chris Carter-Chapman, Event Director at WTM London,
added:
“ITT Future You is an initiative that WTM is proud to
support. We look forward to welcoming the best and brightest students to the
world’s most influential travel and tourism event this November. Our
collaboration is about human connection and ensuring a pipeline of committed
talent for our global industry.”
