These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Tourexpi online service available at www.tourexpi.com and the associated editorial and information services.

2. Subject of the Service

Tourexpi is a journalistic and editorial online service providing information, news, background reports and other content, particularly relating to tourism, the travel industry and associated topics.

Use of the publicly accessible content on Tourexpi is generally free of charge.

Tourexpi reserves the right to develop, supplement or modify the scope, design, structure and content of the service or to discontinue individual services at any time, provided that this does not affect existing statutory or contractual rights of users.

There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of specific content or functions.

3. Editorial Content

4. Newsletter

Tourexpi offers free newsletters. Subscription is voluntary.

A newsletter subscription may be cancelled at any time with effect for the future, in particular by using the unsubscribe option provided in the respective newsletter.

Tourexpi does not charge any fees for receiving its newsletters.

Uses permitted by law, including quotation rights and other statutory limitations and exceptions to copyright, remain unaffected.

If ITC Baraner is informed of unlawful content on a linked service, the relevant link will be reviewed and removed where necessary.

Tourexpi may contain advertising, advertisements, sponsorship and other commercial content.

Advertising and commercial content will be made recognisable as such in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the presentation of a company, product or offer on Tourexpi does not constitute a recommendation, guarantee or assurance of particular characteristics by ITC Baraner.

9. Availability and Technical Disruptions

ITC Baraner endeavours to ensure that Tourexpi is available as reliably as possible. However, uninterrupted and error-free availability at all times cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance work, technical disruptions, security measures or circumstances beyond the control of ITC Baraner may in particular result in temporary restrictions or interruptions to the service.

10. Liability

ITC Baraner is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material obligations, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the foreseeable damage typically arising from such a breach.

In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions apply.

The above provisions do not affect mandatory statutory liability.
