ITB Berlin opens 2027 ticket sales with new Orange Pass

Tickets are now on sale for ITB Berlin 2027, which will bring the international travel industry to the German capital from 16 to 18 March. Alongside its established trade visitor and student tickets, the organiser has introduced the ITB Orange Pass, a premium option limited to 300 tickets. Early bird prices are available until 14 January 2027.

A standard three-day trade visitor pass costs €75 during the early bird period and €85 thereafter. Day tickets are priced at €52 and €59 respectively. The Orange Pass costs €299 at the early bird rate, rising to €399. It combines exhibition and convention admission with additional services intended to help visitors manage meetings, work between appointments and explore Berlin during their stay.

The show’s 2027 theme, “Travel & Tourism in Motion”, will focus on developments reshaping the sector. Standard trade visitor tickets already include the ITB Berlin Convention, guided tours on industry topics and access to a range of networking events. The new premium tier adds convenience and hospitality benefits to that core offer, rather than replacing the existing ticket categories.

Earlier entry and space to work

Orange Pass holders can enter from 9 a.m. through all entrances, with fast-track access available at the north and south entrances. They also receive access to a dedicated lounge in Hall 7.2b and a personalised information service at the Orange Pass Counter.

The package includes one complimentary meeting slot at a Business Satellite, access to selected networking events and reserved seating at the ITB Berlin Convention. Some individual services and exclusive networking opportunities have limited availability.

“We want to provide trade visitors with the right conditions so they can make the most of ITB Berlin for their business aims,” said Deborah Perlitz, Director of ITB Berlin.

Daily benefits include cloakroom storage for one item of clothing and one piece of luggage, together with a refreshment voucher for coffee, snacks and soft drinks. Access to the Berlin Radio Tower viewing platform and a goodie bag are also included.

Benefits extend beyond the fairground

Through a partnership with visitBerlin, the Orange Pass includes a four-day Berlin WelcomeCard covering public transport in fare zones ABC. The card also provides more than 170 discounts and benefits at attractions, museums, shops and restaurants.

For visitors arranging their schedules before arrival, all trade visitor tickets include unlimited access to the ITB Navigator digital platform at no extra charge. It allows users to identify contacts, arrange appointments and plan their time at the exhibition.

Student tickets remain available separately. A three-day pass costs €46 during the early bird period and €50 at the regular rate, while student day tickets cost €35 and €37 respectively.

Discounted rates for members of participating associations will also return. ITB Berlin is finalising further partnerships and will announce the arrangements separately. Tickets are available through the event’s official ticket shop.
