He
comes from Inspire Brands – the parent company of Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins,
Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC – where he served as Chief
Growth Officer since its founding in 2018. Charnaux will begin his new role on
July 1, 2025, reporting to Christopher J. Nassetta, president and CEO of
Hilton, and will serve as a member of Hilton’s executive committee. Kevin
Jacobs will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Charnaux
previously held several brand management, commercial, and finance roles at
Hilton, including leading the company’s Investor Relations efforts. Before
joining Hilton and Inspire Brands, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group,
focusing on the travel and consumer products sectors, and at J.P. Morgan in the
Technology Coverage and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. Charnaux is a
graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a
Morehead-Cain Scholar, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He
currently serves on the boards of ARCOP and National DCP, is Vice Chair of
Georgia’s Partnership
