Condor
is also increasing the number of daily flights from Frankfurt to Berlin, Hamburg,
Munich, Zurich, Milan (MXP) and Prague to two daily rotations.
From
its new city destination Vienna, Condor will also be flying to popular vacation
destinations in the Mediterranean in summer 2025, in addition to the daily connection
to Frankfurt. From the Austrian capital, there will be three flights a week to Rhodes
and two flights a week to Kos and Palma de Mallorca. In addition, Condor is offering
Italian guests in particular a daily flight between Rome (FCO) and Palermo for the
first time.
“We
have already noticed after a very brief period of time that our city connections
are extremely popular and are now responding to this development by expanding our
route network,” says Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor. “With these measures, we are consistently
developing our business model and gradually creating reliable alternatives for customers.”
First
flights to take off from March 1st, 2025
Flights
from Frankfurt to Berlin and Hamburg will start as early as March 1, 2025, with
passengers benefiting from a morning and an evening flight.Flights to Munich, Zurich
and Vienna will start at the end of March. Flights between Frankfurt and Rome (FCO)
and Rome (FCO) and Palermo will also take off from April 5, 2025, just in time for
the Easter vacations. With the start of the summer flight schedule in May, there
will also be twice-daily flights to Milan (MXP), Paris (CDG) and Prague (PRG).
Capacity
shift on long-haul routes
Condor
already adjusted its flight schedule for some North American long-haul destinations
at the end of last year and shifted capacities for selected routes. For example,
Condor will be taking off more frequently to Miami and Mauritius in summer 2025,
and Johannesburg and Bangkok are now on the Condor flight schedule all year round.
Panama City (PTY) is a brand new addition as an ideal starting point for round trips
to South America, from where onward flights to over 40 destinations in Latin America
can be reached conveniently and comfortably with Condor's strong partner Copa Airlines.
