WTM London 2025 Welcomes Chris Carter-Chapman as New Event Director
With
over 15 years of experience across the media and events industries, Chris
brings a strong track record in leading international B2B conferences and trade
shows. His career has included senior roles such as Head of Content, Commercial
Director, and Event Director. He has overseen major event portfolios across
Europe, North and South America.
Most
recently, Chris served for nearly five years at Intelligence Squared, an event
specialist company. Before that, he held the position of Event Director at
Centaur Media, where he was responsible for flagship events such as the Festival
of Marketing and Marketing Week Live.
Carter-Chapman
steps into the role previously held by Juliette Losardo, who has transitioned
to RX Arabia. He will report directly to Jonathan Heastie, Travel Portfolio
Director at RX UK.
His
appointment coincides with two major milestones: the 45th anniversary of WTM
London and the 25th anniversary of ExCeL London, which is completing a major
expansion to become the largest fully integrated event venue in Europe.
