United Airlines Reaches Tentative Agreement with Flight Attendants Union
The
agreement, pending final contract language and approval by the AFA Master
Executive Council, would be subject to ratification by flight attendants. If
approved, the new contract would remain in effect for five years.
“Our
flight attendants are the face of United,” said CEO Scott Kirby. “They deserve
a leading contract that reflects their professionalism and essential role in
keeping our passengers safe.”
United
thanked both negotiating teams and the National Mediation Board for their
support in reaching the deal.
