Radisson
RED Malaga: Bold Lifestyle in Spain’s Urban Jewel
Set
to open in Q2 2027, Radisson RED Malaga will bring a playful, design-forward
experience to one of Spain’s fastest-growing urban leisure destinations. Known
for its vibrant art scene, rich history, and cosmopolitan atmosphere, Malaga is
an ideal setting for the Radisson RED brand’s renowned, unique approach to
hospitality.
The
102-room hotel will offer a mix of standard and superior guestrooms, with some
overlooking charming internal courtyards and others facing the lively Trinidad
Street. A vibrant ground-floor restaurant and bar will provide a welcoming
social space, while a rooftop bar and swimming pool on the third level will
offer stunning views of Malaga’s historic cityscape, making it a prime spot for
guests to relax and unwind. The hotel will also feature multifunctional meeting
and event space spanning over 100 m², designed to accommodate both business and
social gatherings. For fitness enthusiasts and wellness seekers, the hotel will
include a dedicated 110 m² fitness and wellness area, ensuring guests can

Resort & Residences Tenerife: A Hilltop Haven in the Canary Islands
Scheduled
to open in Q4 2025 following a complete renovation and repositioning, Radisson
Resort & Residences Tenerife will introduce the first Radisson-branded
resort on the picturesque island of Tenerife. Perched atop a prime hilltop, the
resort boasts breathtaking panoramic views and convenient access to Tenerife’s
most iconic attractions, including Loro Parque, Teide National Park, and Playa
Jardín. Its strategic location also provides an excellent gateway to explore
the stunning northern riviera of Tenerife. Travelers can immerse themselves in
the charm of colonial La Orotava and its picturesque valley, discover the
historic towns of Icod de los Vinos and Garachico, or venture into the
unspoiled beauty of the Anaga Rural Park—all while enjoying proximity to
renowned landmarks like Loro Parque and Teide National Park.
The
resort will feature 242 units, consisting of hotel rooms and apartments, many
of which include private balconies and terraces that immerse guests in the
surrounding natural beauty. Guests can look forward to an elevated dining
experience with two thoughtfully designed restaurants and a pool bar that will
showcase local and international flavors. A spacious 500 m² ballroom will
provide an ideal venue for conferences, weddings, and celebrations, while the

to open in early 2027, the highly anticipated Radisson RED Porto Gaia will

River views. Guests will also be able to enjoy a fitness center and a 190m²
