Beaches Resorts opens Treasure Beach Village in Turks and Caicos

Beaches Resorts has officially opened Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos, marking a US $150 million expansion on the western edge of the resort. Located along Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, the new oceanfront village introduces 101 all-suite accommodations, expanded culinary offerings and additional family-focused amenities.

Spacious suites for multi-generational stays

Treasure Beach Village features a range of new room categories designed to accommodate larger families and groups. Among the highlights are the oceanfront CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas, spanning more than 2,600 square feet across three levels. Each villa accommodates up to ten guests and includes a private pool and rooftop deck.

The Chairman’s Penthouse Suite offers more than 2,800 square feet of space across two stories, with three bedrooms and capacity for up to ten guests. Additional options include two- and three-bedroom Oceanview Two-Story Suites with open layouts, bunk beds and indoor-outdoor living areas, as well as Oceanview and Penthouse Concierge Suites for up to six guests. Interior design draws on Caribbean tones of turquoise, coral and neutral shades inspired by the surrounding coastline.

Six new dining venues

Treasure Beach Village introduces six new dining concepts. Among them is Butch’s Island Chop House, bringing the Sandals Resorts steakhouse concept to Beaches for the first time. The restaurant pays tribute to the late founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart and serves dry-aged steaks, seafood and an expanded beverage selection.

Pinta Food Hall offers four culinary stations featuring tacos, Asian stir-fries, Italian dishes and a grill, along with the brand’s first live churro station. BRÜ Coffee Bar serves Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee by day and transitions to cocktails in the evening.

Lagoon pool, cinema and family activities

At the centre of the village is a 15,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with three whirlpools, a waterslide and a splash area for younger guests. A swim-up bar and poolside refreshment stand complement the setting. The new Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat theatre, offers daytime programming and family movie nights.

Treasure Beach Village is fully integrated into the broader Beaches Turks and Caicos resort. Guests have access to 28 dining options in total, the 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Water Park, land and water sports, daily entertainment and supervised Kids Camps.

Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, said the expansion reflects evolving family travel trends. He noted that many returning guests first visited the resort as children and are now travelling with their own families, emphasising the growing importance of shared multi-generational experiences.

Part of wider expansion strategy

The opening marks the next phase of Beaches’ expansion plans, with nearly US $1 billion earmarked to double the brand’s footprint in the coming years. Future developments are planned in Exuma in The Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Nightly rates at Treasure Beach Village start at $1,060 per person, with children from $47 per child, per night. A limited-time grand opening offer includes up to $500 in instant credits on selected stays booked by 31 May 2026 for travel at any time.
