Mexico: Pacaso launches five-bedroom villa in Los Cabos

Playa Linda in Palmilla Norte combines Sea of Cortez views with an infinity pool and beach club access, with one-eighth ownership shares starting at $872,000

Pacaso has added a new luxury residence to its portfolio in Los Cabos. Playa Linda, located in Palmilla Norte along the San Jose Corridor near San Jose del Cabo, is being offered through the company’s co-ownership model for second homes.

The five-bedroom property overlooks the Sea of Cortez and is sold in eight ownership shares. Prices start at $872,000 for a one-eighth interest. According to Pacaso, six of the eight shares have already been sold.

Almost 4,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor space

Playa Linda offers 4,892 square feet, or around 454 square metres, of living space and six bathrooms. The five bedrooms comprise four king suites and another bedroom with two queen beds, allowing the property to accommodate both couples and larger families.

The villa has been newly furnished and is designed around indoor-outdoor living. Its main outdoor areas include an infinity pool, jacuzzi, palapa lounge and a kiva-style fireplace, complemented by covered terraces and views across the Sea of Cortez.

The primary suite features a canopy bed and travertine flooring, with arched doors providing direct access to a private terrace and outdoor lounge.

“Playa Linda highlights why Los Cabos has become one of our most sought-after second-home destinations,” said Pacaso CEO and co-founder Austin Allison. He pointed to the combination of views, beaches and access to high-end amenities as important elements of the property.

Beach club membership included for one year

Owners receive a one-year membership to Palmilla Dunes, providing access to additional leisure and wellness facilities. These include resort-style swimming pools, a fitness centre, spa, tennis and pickleball courts and oceanfront dining.

Palmilla Norte forms part of the established coastal development along the San Jose Corridor, placing the residence within one of the principal luxury tourism and second-home areas of Los Cabos.

Co-ownership includes professional management

Pacaso’s model divides ownership of the property between several buyers rather than selling the villa to a single owner. In the case of Playa Linda, each one-eighth share represents part ownership of the furnished residence.

Professional management is included. Pacaso handles maintenance and housekeeping as well as the scheduling of stays through its SmartStay system.

The new property expands the company’s presence in Los Cabos, where the combination of luxury resorts, residential developments and direct access to the Sea of Cortez has created a substantial international market for holiday homes and high-end accommodation.
