to expand its portfolio, aiming to introduce more of its renowned brands and
creating over 15,000 jobs across the country.
Expanding
Hilton’s Presence in Saudi Arabia
Currently,
one in four branded hotel rooms under construction in Saudi Arabia carries the
Hilton flag. With 14 brands trading and in the pipeline, the company is on
track to significantly expand its footprint, with more than 21,000 new rooms
planned across the Kingdom.

Debut
of Spark by Hilton in the Middle East
In
a major move, Hilton is introducing Spark by Hilton – its premium economy brand
– to the Middle East and Africa, starting with the Spark by Hilton Makkah
Aziziyah, set to open later this year. Located near Masjid Al-Haram, the
329-room hotel will offer a comfortable, budget-friendly experience for
religious travelers, with easy access to key Hajj sites.

region’s first Spark by Hilton in Makkah, further diversifying our offering and

Hilton
also continues to expand its luxury portfolio in Saudi Arabia with iconic
brands like Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels &
Resorts. Key projects include:

Waldorf Astoria and Conrad at The
Avenues - Riyadh, the Kingdom’s largest mixed-use development.

Waldorf Astoria Diriyah Gate – part of
Saudi Arabia’s iconic giga-projects.

Canopy at The Point in Abha and The
Avenues - Riyadh.

New Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by
Hilton properties in Jeddah, Jizan, and Abha, as well as at the NEOM Community

Saudi Vision 2030
Hilton’s
growth in Saudi Arabia supports the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, focusing on
diversifying the economy through tourism and hospitality. The company aims to
double its presence by 2030, reinforcing its commitment to delivering
world-class experiences while fostering local employment.
Currently
operating 20 hotels with 77 more in the pipeline, Hilton remains dedicated to
its role in Saudi Arabia’s economic and social development.
