Hilton Named #1 Best Workplace in Vietnam for 2025

Global hospitality leader Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has been named the No. 1 Best Workplace in Vietnam™ 2025 in the medium-sized company category by Great Place to Work®, marking its first time at the top spot in the country.

The award reflects Hilton’s strong workplace culture and people-first approach, especially as Vietnam’s hospitality sector experiences rapid growth. The recognition follows Hilton’s recent ranking as the top hospitality employer in the Philippines.

At the core of Hilton’s success are stories like that of Tran Duc Minh, a 20-year-old Commis Chef at Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang, who rose from hardship through a partnership with STREETS International, a social enterprise supporting vulnerable youth. Minh’s journey—from caregiver to full-time chef—is one of many examples of Hilton’s commitment to nurturing talent and transforming lives.

Since 2023, Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang has helped train over 80 young people through STREETS. The program continues with the support of the Hilton Global Foundation, which will help nearly 100 more youths receive hospitality training over the next three years.
