Emirates is scaling up its operations with 46 additional flights to accommodate heightened travel demand during the Hajj season and Eid Al Adha celebrations.

The airline will operate 33 special Hajj flights to Jeddah and Medina until 31 May and again between 10 and 16 June, helping thousands of pilgrims undertake their spiritual journey to Mecca. Emirates expects to transport nearly 32,000 Hajj passengers from across its global network, including the USA, Pakistan, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, and Côte d'Ivoire.

In addition, 13 extra flights will serve high-demand regional routes to Amman, Dammam, Kuwait, and Bahrain during Eid Al Adha, connecting travelers to summer holiday spots and family reunions.

Unique Onboard Hajj Experience

Pilgrims traveling on Emirates’ Hajj flights can expect a tailored experience. Services begin upon arrival in Dubai, where dedicated airport teams ensure smooth transitions through arrivals, connections, and hotel transfers.

Onboard, all passengers receive a Hajj kit, including a prayer mat, tasbih beads, reusable water bottle, and cushioned socks. Distinctive Hajj luggage tags are also provided. Special inflight features include:

·         Ablution-friendly washrooms

·         Unperfumed towels

·         Miqat announcements

·         Hajj-focused media on Emirates’ ice entertainment system

·         Free check-in of up to 5 litres of Zamzam water

·         Eid Al Adha Festivities Onboard

To mark Eid Al Adha, Emirates will serve special festive menus across all cabins on selected routes in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

·         First, Business & Premium Economy: Lamb Madfoon, Chicken Zurbian, Pistachio & Chocolate Nammoura Cake, and White Chocolate Rahash Mousse

·         Economy Class: Pistachio and Coffee Cake

·         A380 First & Business Class Lounge: Emirati sweets and unlimited Arabic coffee

·         Jeddah Lounge: Exclusive dishes such as Lamb Mathlouta, Henaini, and Cheese Kunafa

Entertainment & Shopping

Passengers can enjoy over 2,000 movies, including 75+ Arabic titles, Arabic series from Shahid, Turkish shows dubbed in Arabic, and 15 Arabic podcasts and audiobooks. More than 500 Arabic music channels are also available.
