Delta Air Lines is significantly expanding its flight
schedule to Las Vegas for CES 2027, adding new nonstop services from Hong Kong
and Taipei while increasing frequencies from major U.S. business markets.
During the peak travel period, the airline will operate more than 120 daily
flights to Las Vegas, reinforcing its position as one of the leading carriers
serving the global technology exhibition.
New nonstop links from Asia
The expansion is headlined by two new nonstop routes
connecting Las Vegas directly with two of Asia’s most important technology
hubs. Delta will operate special CES flights from Hong Kong and Taipei,
complementing its existing services from Seoul-Incheon and Shanghai.
The Hong Kong–Las Vegas service will operate inbound
on January 4 and outbound on January 10, while the Taipei route will begin with
an inbound flight on January 5 and return on January 10.
“CES continues to be one of the most important global
events for innovation, and Delta is uniquely positioned to connect customers to
Las Vegas from across our network,” said Jeff Arinder, Vice President,
International Network Planning. “With new service from Hong Kong and Taipei and
expanded flying from key U.S. markets like Austin, we’re making it easier than
ever for customers to access CES with a premium, seamless travel experience.”
Stronger domestic network
Alongside the international expansion, Delta is
increasing capacity from several of its largest U.S. hubs. Atlanta will offer
up to ten daily flights to Las Vegas during peak periods, while Detroit, New
York-JFK and Los Angeles will each see up to seven daily departures. Seattle
will operate up to six daily flights and Boston up to three.
The airline is also doubling its Austin service during
the busiest days of CES and adding point-to-point capacity from markets
including San Jose, San Diego and Orange County. Additional flights from
Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Miami, will support increased
demand during the exhibition.
Global access to the world's leading technology event
With the expanded schedule, Delta aims to provide
business travelers with greater flexibility and more direct connections to CES
from key innovation centres across North America, Europe and Asia.
The enhanced network combines new international routes
with increased domestic frequencies, allowing visitors from major technology
markets to reach Las Vegas with fewer connections and a wider choice of travel
options during one of the industry's most important annual events.
