Radisson launches global long-stay programme for corporate travel
New B2B proposition introduces standardised rates, booking conditions and extended-stay services across participating hotels
Radisson launches global long-stay programme for corporate travel

Radisson Hotel Group has launched a new global long-stay proposition aimed at the growing extended-stay market. Long Stays by Radisson Hotels is designed primarily for corporate travel buyers, relocation companies and travel management companies, offering a more standardised way to book longer stays across participating properties.

The programme brings together hotels with apartment-style units and other accommodation suited to extended stays. Radisson says the objective is to simplify procurement while providing guests with a more consistent experience across brands and markets.

Standardised conditions replace individual negotiations

The new model introduces dedicated long-stay rates, tiered pricing based on duration, defined booking conditions and aligned commission structures. Corporate partners can therefore access participating hotels without having to negotiate separate agreements for each property.

The offer is integrated into existing distribution channels, including GDS and corporate agreements, allowing travel managers and booking agents to use their established procurement processes.

“Long Stays by Radisson Hotels gives our partners a simpler and more competitive way to access this growing market,” said Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. By combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, the company aims to handle long-stay business more efficiently and at greater scale.

Eligible bookers and planners can also receive 20% additional Radisson Rewards points on qualifying long-stay bookings.

Extended stays receive dedicated guest services

For guests, the programme includes personalised pre-arrival planning, dedicated hotel contacts and flexible housekeeping. Participating properties also provide in-room solutions intended for longer periods of residence.

The concept is designed to cover both negotiated corporate stays and other long-stay bookings, with the same core service standards applying regardless of the booking channel.

Demand driven by mobility and project-based travel

Radisson is responding to travel patterns that increasingly extend beyond conventional short business trips. Demand is being driven by international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting work, healthcare placements and other forms of workforce mobility.

The group identifies Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam among the markets with particularly strong extended-stay demand across EMEA and APAC.

By increasing average length of stay and improving conversion of long-term enquiries, Radisson expects the programme to support both revenue growth and stronger relationships with corporate partners. Long Stays by Radisson Hotels is now available at participating properties across the group’s portfolio.
