Corendon Airlines Celebrates 20th Anniversary with New Routes, Onboard Specials, and Discounts

Corendon Airlines marked its 20th anniversary with a celebratory gala at the Cosmos Theatre in Antalya, bringing together partners from tourism, aviation, business, and media to honour two decades of growth and look ahead to the future.

Founded during a car ride from Brussels to Amsterdam, the airline has grown from a vision shared by Atilay Batu and CEO Yildiray Karaer into a fleet of 35 aircraft serving millions of holiday travellers each year.

Anniversary Offers for Travellers

To mark the occasion, Corendon is launching special promotions:

· 20% off 20,000 flight tickets on selected routes, bookable until 31 July 2025

· Special onboard anniversary meals for €20, with seven menu options (including vegetarian and vegan), plus drinks and coffee or tea

New Winter Destination: Sharm el Sheikh

From November 2025, Corendon will add Sharm el Sheikh to its winter schedule with flights from Düsseldorf, Hanover, and Nuremberg every Tuesday and Friday. This expands the airline’s Egypt offering, which already includes Hurghada (daily from Düsseldorf in winter) and Marsa Alam.
