Tourexpi
This
attractive 5-star hotel, which offers both relaxation and fun, now
has 600 fully refurbished rooms and new services such as the
“American Country” themed restaurant and RIU Party events.
In
addition to the renovated rooms and suites, the hotel now has 28 swim-up rooms
for guests who want to enjoy a private pool during their holiday. The hotel’s
new bright and simple interior features furniture with simple lines and a
selection of natural and soft colours. Guests will be surprised by the
brand-new lobby with a tropical and welcoming design, including vegetation and
wood and stone elements that evoke the nature and warmth of Jamaica.
The
hotel has a total of eight restaurants, three of which are new: the “American
Country” themed restaurant, “Pepe's food” and the “Tiki Taco” taco station for
lovers of delicious Mexican cuisine. What’s more, the hotel has added two new
spaces for events and conferences.
As
for entertainment, the hotel now has five refitted swimming pools: one for
water activities, a quiet pool, one for general use, one especially for
children and one with a new water bar, which brings the hotel’s total number of
bars to six. What’s more, the hotel has installed three pickleball courts,
where our active guests can enjoy this increasingly popular sport. Guests will
also be able to have the time of their lives with the arrival of the Riu
Party events. Every Thursday from 19 December, guests of all ages at the
Riu Negril and Riu Palace Tropical Bay will be able to enjoy the acclaimed Neon
Party or White Party events in the hotel's theatre.
Thanks
to the incredible natural surroundings, Bloody Bay is the ideal spot to relax
and unwind on the beach or enjoy water sports such as kayaking, surfing,
sailing or diving. Hotel guests can also take a trip to nearby attractions such
as the hot springs at Rhodes Hall Plantation, Seven Mile Beach, The Great
Morass and Roaring River.
RIU
arrived in Jamaica in 2001 when it opened the Riu Palace Tropical Bay in
Negril. This first hotel was followed by the Riu Negril and three more
destinations: Montego Bay with the Riu
Montego Bay, Riu
Palace Jamaica and Riu
Reggae; Ocho Ríos with the Riu
Ocho Rios; and Falmouth with the Riu
Palace Aquarelle. The hotel chain offers a whole host of options including
luxurious RIU Palace establishments and hotels with a livelier, more
family-oriented atmosphere. RIU currently has a total of 4,274 rooms in its
seven hotels in Jamaica, consolidating its position as one of the leading
international chains in the country.
