The company now has nearly 500 additional properties
in development, driven by rising demand for meaningful, immersive travel
experiences across generations.
Dino Michael, global category head for Hilton Luxury
Brands, said the focus for 2026 will be on elegant, purposeful stays that
reflect evolving guest expectations — from multi-generational travel to
culturally rooted experiences.
Key luxury openings in 2026
Hilton will expand its high-end brands with new
Waldorf Astoria and Conrad hotels in major destinations including London
(Admiralty Arch), Kuala Lumpur, Athens, Corfu, Nagoya and Riyadh. Further
additions include LXR’s The Den Bengaluru and the debut of NoMad Singapore.
Signia by Hilton will also grow with new openings in Tainan, Indianapolis and a
reimagined Diplomat Beach Resort in Florida.
Lifestyle growth continues
Hilton’s lifestyle segment — led by Curio Collection
and Tapestry Collection — is accelerating, with more than 60 new hotels
expected in 2026. Upcoming openings include Canopy by Hilton properties in
Milan, Deer Valley and Bangkok; Curio Collection hotels in San Sebastián, Wuxi,
Bengaluru and Eindhoven; and Tapestry Collection debuts in Maui, La Paz and Hoi
An.
Branded residences on the rise
Hilton’s residential portfolio continues to grow, with
39 properties operating and 40 in the pipeline. Recent milestones include a
record US$27 million penthouse sale at Waldorf Astoria Residences St.
Petersburg and a full sell-out at Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas Island in Abu
Dhabi.
Hilton says the momentum reflects strong global
appetite for high-end, locally resonant hospitality as the company moves into
2026.
