Marella Cruises has announced the fleetwide rollout of
its enhanced “Suite Service Max” offering, extending the premium service
package to guests staying in the line’s top suite categories. Beginning in
summer 2026, passengers booked in Royal Suites, Voyager Suites and Executive
Suites will enjoy an expanded range of personalised benefits designed to
elevate the onboard experience.
The program follows a successful trial aboard Marella
Explorer last year. The updated concept introduces additional in-suite
comforts, exclusive dining privileges and personalised touches aimed at
creating a more refined and memorable stay from the moment guests step on
board.
Premium in-suite comforts and personalised touches
Guests staying in Suite Service Max accommodations
will receive a selection of upgraded amenities. These include complimentary
daily in-suite breakfast with both continental and hot options, as well as a
weekly Afternoon Tea delivered directly to the suite.
The welcome experience also features chilled Nicolas
Feuillatte Champagne and handmade truffles, while suites are equipped with
full-size Elemis toiletries and GHD hairdryers. Additional benefits include
replenished water carafes and extra Lavazza coffee pods available throughout
the stay.
Priority services and exclusive privileges
Suite Service Max guests will also benefit from a
range of exclusive onboard services. These include priority embarkation with a
dedicated check-in line, reserved breakfast seating in a designated area of the
main dining room and two complimentary laundry bags per week.
Additional privileges include a weekly 3,000 MB
internet package per guest, a gold-coloured cruise card and a complimentary
late check-out at 9:00 a.m. on disembarkation day.
Available across the entire Marella fleet
The enhanced service package will be introduced across
all Marella Cruises ships, including Marella Explorer, Marella Explorer 2,
Marella Discovery, Marella Discovery 2 and Marella Voyager. Across the fleet,
more than 40 suites will be included in the new Top Suites category.
Chris Hackney, CEO of Marella Cruises, said: “This
fleetwide rollout marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to
delivering exceptional service. After a successful trial, the Suite Service Max
guests will now enjoy a consistently premium experience across all ships, with
new touches that make their holiday feel even more special subsequently
expanding our product offering to new and returning customers.”
Marella Cruises operates on an all-inclusive basis,
with tips and service charges already included in the fare. For summer 2026
sailings, Executive Suites are currently available from £1,697 per person.
