Specially
produced shows will celebrate some of the most iconic musical hits, all
performed in the ship’s Broadway Show Lounge. Guests can look forward to
sing-along classics, vibrant choreography, and a dynamic, theatrical
atmosphere. For musical lovers, there will also be trivia sessions and themed
activities throughout the journey.
Stars
from the world of musical theatre will join the cruise to host exclusive
Q&A sessions, share behind-the-scenes stories, and offer insights into life
on stage. The line-up of guest speakers will be revealed early next year.
The
five-night mini cruise on Marella Voyager runs from Friday, 30th October to
Wednesday, 4th November 2026. It will depart from Corfu, Greece, include two
days at sea, and make stops in Palma (Majorca), Cartagena, and end in Malaga,
Spain.
Chris
Hackney, Managing Director of Marella Cruises, said: “We’re delighted to unveil
our first-ever musical-themed cruise, setting sail in 2026. Musical Med-leys
marks an exciting new chapter for Marella Cruises, bringing West End-style
classics to the seas.
“Inspired
by recent market research where a ‘musical’ themed cruise ranked as the most
popular option among our customers, this themed mini cruise is designed to
captivate both our loyal cruisers and new guests. Sailing from Corfu, it offers
a fun and entertaining way to experience a cruise—blending the magic of
musicals with the joy of travel.”
Marella
Cruises offers all-inclusive packages as standard, with all tips and service
charges included in the price, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and
high-quality experience. Prices for Musical Med-leys start at £864 per person.
