ITB India 2026 will take place from 1 to 3 September
at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The three-day B2B trade show and
conference, held alongside MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, will once
again offer a platform for business development, networking and knowledge
exchange across the global travel industry. The event had previously been
scheduled for 2 to 4 September.
Under the guiding theme “Future of Travel, Built
Together”, the fourth in-person edition of ITB India will connect professionals
from the MICE, leisure, corporate and travel technology sectors in a dynamic
marketplace focused on the rapidly growing Indian outbound travel market.
Focus on business results and targeted connections
“With ITB India 2026, we are sharpening our focus on
what truly matters: strong business outcomes,” says Saurabh Shukla, Head of
Sales, ITB India. “By facilitating targeted connections between sellers and
qualified buyers within a focused and highly efficient trade environment, we
create the foundation for lasting partnerships and continued industry growth.”
The event is expected to welcome more than 100
exhibitors and over 3,000 participants from around the world, reinforcing its
role as a gateway to the fast-growing travel markets of India and South Asia.
More than 400 high-quality buyers from India and the wider South Asian region
are anticipated, creating targeted business opportunities for both
international and regional exhibitors.

The ITB India Conference 2026 will feature more than
80 industry experts who will share insights across a broad programme of
sessions addressing the key trends and developments shaping the future of
travel.
Across more than 1,400 minutes of conference content,

evolving consumer behaviour and new business models within the travel and
tourism sector.
