According
to the statement published on Türkiye’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the
number of international-to-international transfer passengers rose 10.3% to 23.1
million. The overall load factor increased by 0.6 percentage points compared
with the same period last year, reaching 82.3% on international routes and
86.7% on domestic routes.
Available
seat kilometers grew by 6.4% to 179.2 billion, up from 168.5 billion in the
same period of 2024. Cargo and mail volume increased 5.4% year-on-year,
reaching 1.4 million tons. At the end of August, the airline’s fleet had
expanded to 501 aircraft.

performance in August
In
August alone, passenger numbers climbed 11.9% year-on-year to 9.4 million.
International transfer passengers surged 17.3% to 3.49 million. The overall
passenger load factor rose by 0.9 percentage points to 86.7%, with
international routes at 86% and domestic routes at 92.6%.
Available
seat kilometers in August increased by 8.2% to 25.3 billion, while cargo and
mail volume grew 10.5% to 191,100 tons compared with August 2024.
