Radisson Hotel Group expands global offer for long-stay travellers

Radisson Hotel Group has launched Long Stays by Radisson Hotels, a new global programme designed to strengthen its position in the rapidly growing extended-stay segment. The initiative brings together participating hotels offering apartment-style accommodation and introduces a standardised approach for long-term bookings across the Group's portfolio.

The new proposition is aimed primarily at corporate customers and travel partners, offering easier access to long-stay accommodation through structured pricing, simplified booking processes and a more consistent guest experience.

Focus on corporate travel and workforce mobility

The programme has been developed for relocation specialists, travel management companies and corporate travel buyers that regularly arrange accommodation for employees on longer assignments.

Instead of negotiating separate agreements with individual hotels, partners gain access to dedicated long-stay rates, standardised booking conditions and harmonised commission structures across participating properties.

The initiative responds to growing demand for flexible accommodation driven by international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting engagements, healthcare placements and workforce mobility.

"Long Stays by Radisson Hotels gives our partners a simpler and more competitive way to access this growing market," said Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. "By combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, we’re making it easier to win and service long-stay business at scale, while strengthening customer loyalty."

Standardised commercial framework

At the centre of the programme is a commercial model featuring tiered pricing based on the length of stay, clearly defined booking conditions and commission structures designed for corporate partners.

The offer is fully integrated into existing distribution channels, including global distribution systems (GDS) and corporate travel agreements, allowing companies and travel managers to continue using established booking processes.

Eligible planners and bookers also receive an additional 20 per cent points incentive through the Radisson Rewards programme for qualifying long-stay reservations.

Extended-stay experience designed for longer visits

Alongside commercial improvements, the programme introduces services tailored specifically to guests staying for extended periods.

Participating hotels offer personalised pre-arrival planning, dedicated on-property contacts, flexible housekeeping arrangements and in-room features intended to make longer stays more comfortable and productive.

The Group aims to create a more consistent, home-like experience across its brands while ensuring guests receive the same level of service regardless of how their booking was made.

Expansion supported by growing demand

Radisson Hotel Group expects the programme to benefit from rising demand for extended-stay accommodation in key markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Cities including Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam have been identified as important growth markets for the initiative.

By encouraging longer average stays and improving conversion of long-term bookings, the Group expects the programme to strengthen both revenue performance and relationships with corporate partners.

Long Stays by Radisson Hotels is now available at participating properties across the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio.
