HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026 has opened applications for its
Hosted Buyer Programme, offering international purchasers a structured way to
meet suppliers and explore business opportunities across China’s hospitality
and foodservice industry.
The trade fair will take place from 13 to 15 October
2026 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Organisers
expect more than 2,500 exhibitors and over 150,000 professional visitors from
across the hospitality, catering and foodservice supply chain.
Pre-arranged meetings support targeted sourcing
The programme is aimed at qualified buyers including
distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers and franchise operators.
Participants will be matched with exhibitors according to their sourcing
interests and business objectives.
Pre-arranged meetings are intended to reduce the time
buyers spend searching the exhibition floor and allow them to focus on relevant
suppliers, new products and potential long-term partnerships.
Dedicated services for hosted buyers
Qualified participants will receive access to a range
of services during the exhibition. These include shuttle transfers between
selected hotels and the venue, entry to the Hosted Buyer Lounge with
refreshments and participation in business matchmaking sessions.
Hosted buyers will also be able to attend industry
forums and networking events held throughout the three-day exhibition.
Shenzhen provides gateway to Asian markets
Located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay
Area, Shenzhen is one of China’s most important commercial and manufacturing
centres. Its position within one of Asia’s most dynamic economic regions makes
the city a strategic meeting point for international buyers and suppliers.
HOTELEX Shenzhen aims to use this location to bring
together companies from across the hospitality and foodservice value chain,
supporting the exchange of market insights and the development of new business
relationships in China and the wider Asian market.
