Delta has expanded its Delta One Check-In experience
to every U.S. hub offering Delta One service, just in time for the holiday
travel season. The dedicated spaces allow customers to check in, drop bags and
relax in a calm, premium environment before heading through security.
Setting the tone for the Delta One journey
Designed to complement the Delta One onboard
experience, the new check-in areas combine refined design with high-touch
service. “Delta One Check-In sets the tone for each of our Delta One customers
from the moment they arrive at the airport,” said Greg Forbes, Managing
Director of Airport Experience. “It reflects Delta’s signature care, efficiency
and hospitality.”
Key hubs and lounge access
Dedicated Delta One Check-In areas are now available
in Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis–St. Paul, New York-JFK,
Salt Lake City and Seattle. At JFK and LAX, private Delta One security leads
directly to the Delta One Lounge. Boston and Seattle already feature Delta One
Lounges, with additional lounges planned at other hubs in the coming years.
Consistent service standards across locations
While layouts vary by airport, each Delta One Check-In
offers personalized assistance from premium service ambassadors, expedited
check-in and bag drop, comfortable seating, and a quiet atmosphere with light
refreshments.
Who can access Delta One Check-In
Delta One Check-In is available to same-day Delta One
ticketed customers, business-class passengers on select Delta partner airlines,
and Delta 360 Members.
