CSTS has been appointed Official Hospitality Partner
in Greater China for the inaugural Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid in
2026. Working together with its wholly owned subsidiary Connexus Travel, the
company will market and deliver official hospitality packages across Mainland
China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, further strengthening its position in the
global sports hospitality sector.
Premium Formula 1 experiences for Greater China
As the exclusive sales agent for the Official
Hospitality Programme, Connexus Travel will offer a range of premium
experiences for the Madrid Grand Prix. Packages include trackside viewing,
access to exclusive VIP hospitality areas and a variety of tailored guest
services designed to provide a seamless race weekend.
The partnership combines CSTS' expertise in premium
hospitality with Connexus Travel's experience in travel management, creating an
integrated platform for Formula 1 fans across Greater China.
Madrid joins the Formula 1 calendar
The Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid will make its Formula
1 debut in 2026 and introduces the new MADRING circuit to the championship. The
venue combines permanent and street circuit elements, making it the only
semi-urban hybrid Formula 1 circuit of its kind in Europe.
Expanding a global sports hospitality portfolio
The appointment marks another step in CSTS'
international sports hospitality strategy. Through its collaboration with
Connexus Travel, the group aims to connect customers across Asia with premium
access to some of the world's leading sporting events while delivering high
standards of service and event management.
"We are delighted to be bringing the Official
Hospitality Programme for the Madrid Grand Prix to Greater China. This
appointment reflects the continued strength of our partnerships, and the rising
demand for premium sports experiences across Asia. Formula 1 is a global
platform that resonates with our clients, and we are proud to support one of
the most exciting additions to the F1 calendar," said Abel Zhao, CEO and
Executive Director of CSTS.
