The surprise location of the HERA Voyage will be announced later this summer. The trip itinerary for winning agents will feature meaningful local encounters and community integration, aligning with Accor's long-standing commitment to sustainable and culturally-sensitive travel. Last year's challenge winners visited the renowned Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena, a 17th century convent transformed into one of Cartagena's most iconic addresses, as well as Sofitel Baru Cartagena Beach Resort. The four-day HERA Voyage itinerary included exclusive local workshops and immersive excursions, onsite wellness experiences, luxury accommodation and 5-star dining as well as a special awards ceremony, recognizing the hard work and dedication of the agents over the past year.
For the second edition of the HERA Challenge, bookings made with the travel advisor's HERA number between December 1st, 2025 and December 1st, 2026, will count towards the challenge which includes the following categories:
Performance Champions: Top 3 HERA members by total revenue on HERA.Accor.com, and Top 3 by revenue on one booking.
Regional Stars: Top 3 HERA bookers in revenue respectively in:
- The Americas
- Europe, Africa & Turkey
- The Middle East, Asia & the Pacific
Brand Experts: Top 3 HERA advisors in revenue respectively for:

“The HERA Voyage gave us the opportunity to personally recognize and celebrate the exceptional HERA members who won last year's HERA Challenge and play such an important role in representing our brands around the world,” said Pascal Visintainer, Global Chief Sales Officer, Accor Luxury & Lifestyle. “It also provided an opportunity to highlight an extraordinary Latin American destination, along with two outstanding hotels, while strengthening the human connections at the heart of HERA. By bringing together our top advisors and Accor Luxury & Lifestyle hoteliers, we continue to build a global community defined by passion, expertise, and a shared commitment to exceptional travel.”
HERA was launched in 2024, offering travel advisors access to more brands, more features, and more capabilities with an enhanced digital experience with easy and efficient online tools for booking, tracking and reviewing activity.
