The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has officially
announced Tomorrowland Thailand, marking the legendary Belgian electronic music
festival’s first full-scale edition in Asia. The three-day event will take
place from 11 to 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, Chon Buri
Province. With its complete global production concept, the festival is set to
reinforce Thailand’s positioning as a World Class Event Hub Destination and
strengthen international confidence in the Kingdom as a host for major global
events.
World-class production in Pattaya
Tomorrowland Thailand will be staged under the global
theme Consciencia, linking the editions in Belgium, Thailand and Brazil within
a shared narrative universe. The concept explores six core human emotions —
wonder, love, anger, happiness, desire and sadness — expressed through music,
immersive storytelling and stage design.
The festival will feature the full Tomorrowland
experience across six stages. The iconic Mainstage will headline the programme,
while the CORE and Freedom stages will be presented in Asia for the first time.
In addition, a new exclusive stage concept will debut exclusively at the
Thailand edition.
Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of TAT, described
the event as a significant milestone. “The arrival of Tomorrowland in Thailand
is a proud milestone for our country. It reflects strong international
confidence in Thailand’s ability to host world-class experiences, while giving
us a powerful platform to showcase the warmth of Thai hospitality to the
world.”
Strategic pillar for Thailand’s event economy
TAT views the event as part of its broader Event
Marketing strategy aimed at positioning Thailand as a global event destination.
“TAT is advancing Event Marketing as a strategic
pillar to strengthen Thailand’s position as a World Class Event Hub Destination
by securing leading global events for the Kingdom. Hosting Tomorrowland
Thailand marks a proud milestone as the first full-scale Tomorrowland festival
in Asia. Thailand is fully prepared with world-class transport and tourism
infrastructure, reliable public utilities and internationally accredited
healthcare services. Tomorrowland Thailand will drive high-value tourism,
engage a new generation of global travellers and contribute to balanced,
sustainable long-term economic growth,” said Mr. Nat Kruthasoot, TAT Deputy
Governor for Tourism Products and Business.
Economic impact and visitor projections
TAT projects attendance of approximately 50,000
visitors per day. Direct visitor expenditure is estimated at no less than 1.426
billion Baht, with an overall economic impact of around 5.3 billion Baht. The
event is expected to generate sustained growth across hospitality, transport,
services and Thailand’s creative industries.
Ticket sales and packages
Integrated Hotel Packages, including accommodation, a
three-day Full Madness Pass and shuttle transfers between hotels and the
festival site, will go on sale on 28 February 2026 at 16:00 local time.
General ticket sales will begin on 7 March 2026 at
16:00 local time. Four ticket categories will be available: WorldWide Ticket
Day Pass, Comfort (VIP) Pass, Full Madness Pass and Full Madness Comfort (VIP)
Pass.
Further details, including the official artist
line-up, will be announced via Tomorrowland Thailand’s official communication
channels in the coming months.
