Executive Apartments, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio of over 30
extraordinary hotel brands, today announced it’s debut in the Australia, New
Zealand and Pacific Region with the opening of Marriott Executive Apartments
Port Moresby. The waterside property in the heart of Port Moresby, Marriott
International’s first in Papua New Guinea, is set within the mixed-use
development of ‘Harbourside South’ and offers Marriott Executive Apartments’
signature luxury apartments with premiere hotel services for long stays and all
the comforts of home.

Executive Apartments Port Moresby features 88 modern residential apartments -
ranging from one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites to a one-bedroom and
two-bedroom penthouse, all offering the space, ambiance, and privacy of
residential living to enable a comfortable stay away from home. Each apartment
category features upscale furnishings, separate sleeping, living, dining and
working spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional touches that will
ensure a seamless stay include a Marshall Bluetooth sound system, complimentary
Wi-Fi, an in-room washer and dryer, cleaning service and parking.
A
stylish Executive Lounge for residents and guests will offer a relaxed
environment for light meals, self-service options and evening cocktails. Guests
will also have access to a floor featuring a 25m outdoor lap pool, leisure
pool, a fully equipped gym, three spa treatment rooms offering a range of
rejuvenating treatments, and a recreation zone for children.
From
empowering guests to make a graceful entrance into a new city to connecting
them to uniquely local experiences to enabling that perfect balance between
work time and pursuing personal passions, Marriott Executive Apartments is both
residence and hotel, a workspace and home base. Marriott Executive Apartments
Port Moresby will offer guests a sense of security and connection with modern
and luxurious apartments that make it easy to settle in, and a locally fluent
staff that takes a personalized approach to acclimating guests to the world
outside.
The
new Harbourside South development also houses a retail floor and three floors
of commercial space and connects to Harbourside East and West and Port
Moresby’s Waterfront - connecting guests of Marriott Executive Apartments Port
Moresby to the city’s finest restaurants, bars, boardwalk, and marina.
Residents and guests will be able to live, shop, relax, work, and dine within
the luxury and safety of the precinct – the first of its kind in Papua New
Guinea.
