Radisson Individuals continues its expansion in
Germany with the addition of two new lifestyle properties: HARBR. Hotel
Konstanz and HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn. Together with HARBR. Hotel Ludwigsburg,
the brand now offers three distinctive Radisson Individuals stays across
Baden-Württemberg, ranging from lakeside retreats to wine-region city
destinations.
Lakeside lifestyle at HARBR. Hotel Konstanz
Situated near the Seerhein promenade and adjacent to
the green surroundings of Herosé Park, HARBR. Hotel Konstanz combines proximity
to Lake Constance with a contemporary urban design. The hotel features 76 rooms
and studios, including larger units with kitchenettes designed for both short
visits and extended stays. Digital services such as mobile key access and
online check-in support a smooth, modern guest experience.
Public spaces play a central role in the hotel’s
concept. Guests start the day with a breakfast buffet offering regional and
international options. Throughout the day, the “Living Room” restaurant serves
casual à-la-carte dishes and light meals, while the “Spelunke” bar provides a
relaxed evening setting with cocktails, local beers, regional wines and the
hotel’s signature coffee blend in a maritime-inspired atmosphere.
To explore the city and lakeside surroundings,
bicycles can be rented directly at the hotel. Additional amenities include
parking facilities and electric-vehicle charging stations. For meetings and
larger events, the property cooperates with nearby venues such as the
Bodenseeforum Konstanz.
Urban comfort in a renowned wine region
Located along the Neckar River in Heilbronn’s
Zukunftspark district, HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn offers a contemporary base in one
of Germany’s most prominent wine regions. The property comprises 127 rooms and
suites, including 15 long-stay apartments with equipped kitchenettes. Four
Junior Suites feature private terraces overlooking the river, appealing to
guests seeking extra space and outdoor comfort.
The dining concept reflects the HARBR. lifestyle
approach, with a regional breakfast buffet, casual dining in the “Living Room”
restaurant and evening gatherings at the “Spelunke” bar. Here, guests can enjoy
signature drinks, seasonal selections, local beers and wines from the
surrounding Heilbronn vineyards. Practical services include secure on-site
parking, bicycle rentals and EV charging stations.
Wellness facilities feature a modern fitness studio,
sauna areas and a rooftop terrace with views over the riverfront and city
skyline. For business travellers, the hotel offers two meeting spaces: the
46-square-metre boardroom “Reederei” for up to 14 participants and the
22-square-metre breakout room “Freihafen” for meetings of up to eight guests.
Larger events are accommodated through cooperation with the nearby WTZ
Conference Center.
Three destinations, one shared identity
“With Konstanz and Heilbronn now joining Radisson
Individuals alongside Ludwigsburg, our three HARBR. hotels are connected under
one international brand for the first time,” says Thomas Fülster, Managing
Director of DQuadrat Living GmbH. “Each property retains its own character
shaped by its destination, while together they form a cohesive hospitality
concept we are proud to grow in Baden-Württemberg. We look forward to welcoming
guests across all three locations.”
With the two new openings, Radisson Individuals
continues to position itself as a platform for distinctive hotels that combine
local character with the reach and standards of an international brand.
