Savaya Group, in partnership with PT Kharisma Anugrah
Jawara Abadi (KAJA Group), has announced Zumana, a new beachfront destination
located on Bali’s iconic Kuta Beach. Scheduled to open in 2026, the project
aims to give fresh momentum to one of the island’s most historically
significant coastlines.
Conceived as an immersive environment, Zumana explores
modern rituals, human interaction and self-expression through music,
architecture and shared experiences. Set against Bali’s renowned sunsets, the
venue is designed to blur the lines between observer and participant,
positioning itself as both a social space and a cultural statement.
Design-led experience from day to night
Designed by the internationally acclaimed Rockwell
Group, the 35,000-square-foot venue combines a beachfront daylife concept with
a 200-seat restaurant. Guests can move seamlessly from relaxed afternoons by
the sea into elevated dining and nightlife as evening falls.
Alex Cordova, CEO of Savaya Group, said the project
reflects the company’s long-term vision for Bali:
“Building on the global success of Savaya, this
project underscores our commitment to Bali as a destination with both a strong
local identity and global relevance. We focus on creating experiences that
originate here, resonate internationally, and remain memorable long after
guests leave.”
A new benchmark for Kuta and beyond
Nadia Tjahyadikarta, Managing Director of KAJA Group,
described Zumana as an original concept developed specifically for its
location. She noted that the collaboration with Savaya Group brings together
international expertise and a distinctly Indonesian perspective, with the aim
of setting new standards for beachfront hospitality in Indonesia and Southeast
Asia.
With its opening planned for 2026, Zumana is
positioned to reinforce Bali’s role as a leading global destination for
lifestyle, culture and hospitality, while offering a renewed vision for Kuta’s
beachfront.
