Following
last year’s overwhelming success, the Luxury Group by Marriott International is
once again inviting culinary enthusiasts and travelers to embark on an
extraordinary journey celebrating the revival of lost culinary traditions. This
year's theme, "Forgotten Flavors," is inspired by the Future of Food
2025 report, highlighting the importance of reviving culinary heritage through
time-honored techniques and modern experimentation.
The
seven luxury hotels chosen for the 2025 series include:
·
The St. Regis Osaka, Japan (July
11-13)
·
JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa,
Korea (July 17-20)
·
JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige
Golfshire Resort & Spa, India (July 31 - August 3)
·
The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, Australia
(August 15-17)
·
The St. Regis Singapore, Singapore
(August 29-31)
·
The St. Regis Jakarta, Indonesia
(September 11-13)
·
The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, Thailand
(September 25-28)
Renowned
chefs and mixologists from Marriott International's global portfolio will come
together for this series, combining traditional culinary mastery with
contemporary innovation. Guests can expect curated experiences where each dish
is crafted to honor the past while catering to modern tastes.
Julius
Robinson, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Luxury Brands at Marriott
International, expressed enthusiasm for the event: "We are thrilled to
bring back the Luxury Dining Series, which continues to evolve and captivate
discerning palates with innovative approaches to historical flavors. Our guests
will be treated to a truly unique and immersive dining experience."
