New Concept in Extended Stays
Located
in the heart of Berlin’s Charlottenburg district, Candlewood Suites Berlin
Charlottenburg offers modern, spacious studio apartments designed for long
stays. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Guests can
enjoy the comfort and flexibility of cooking their own meals while experiencing
the urban charm of Berlin. The property also includes self-service laundry, a
fitness center, and the Candlewood Cupboard – a 24/7 marketplace offering
snacks, drinks, and essentials.
Expanding
the Brand Across Germany
The
Berlin opening is part of a larger plan to introduce 13 Candlewood Suites
properties across Germany in the coming months. This includes new locations in Fürth,
Heidelberg, Düsseldorf, Augsburg, and Berlin Airport, offering business and
leisure travelers alike a home-like experience with reliable service and
practical amenities.
IHG
and NOVUM Hospitality’s partnership reflects a strategic expansion across
Germany, where Candlewood Suites is poised to become a preferred choice for
extended stays. The hotels, converted from NOVUM Hospitality’s acora Living the
City and Novum brands, emphasize comfort and convenience with a touch of modern
design.

Following
the successful Berlin debut, additional Candlewood Suites locations will open
in Fürth, Heidelberg, Düsseldorf, Augsburg, and Berlin Airport later this year,
offering a blend of residential comfort and hotel amenities. Each location is
designed to cater to long-term guests, with features like self-check-in,
digital hosts, and modern in-room facilities.
