By participating in the capital increase via the subscription rights, Fritz Joussen's shareholding increases from around 900,000 TUI shares to around 1.03 million TUI shares.
Fritz Joussen had purchased the original around 900,000 shares at a weighted average price of 9.96 euros/share.
