To ensure a smooth and stress-free start to their holiday, Condor guests can prepare for their holiday start with various options and thus avoid unnecessary waiting times at the airport.
Convenient use of the free evening-before check-in service
During the summer holiday weekends, Germany's most popular holiday airline offers free evening check-in for all departures from Düsseldorf on Saturdays and Sundays. For flights on weekdays, evening check-in is also possible for a fee of five euros. Travellers can check in for the following day the evening before their departure at Düsseldorf Airport, Terminal B, counters 187 to 190 between 18:00 and 20:00, check in their baggage, present the necessary travel documents and receive their boarding pass directly. On the day of departure, travellers will then reach their departure gate directly through the security check; no further visit to the check-in counter is necessary.
Online check-in and travel documents
Guests can also check in online 24 hours before departure, print out their boarding pass or download it directly to their mobile device. Documents that may still be required can also be uploaded and verified in advance. All travel documents should always be kept handy in your hand luggage.
Allow sufficient lead time at the airport
All guests are requested to arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure to familiarise themselves with the entry requirements of their destination as well as the applicable regulations for their return journey. All information can also be found here: www.condor.com/einreisebestimmungen.
Observe baggage regulations
To ensure the smoothest possible baggage check-in process, all guests are requested to familiarise themselves with the baggage regulations for their flight in advance. Weight and minimum dimensions should not be exceeded. Guests are also advised to carry only essential items such as their travel documents or medication in their hand luggage and to carry only permitted liquids (max. 100ml per container) in their hand luggage. All details on the applicable baggage regulations can be found at https://www.condor.com/de/flug-vorbereiten/gepaeck-tiere/gepaeck.jsp.
As with all German airlines, it is compulsory to wear a medical mouth-nose protection or FFP2 mask on board Condor flights. Condor also implements a variety of protective measures before departure, on board and after landing to ensure that all guests can feel comfortable and safe on their journey.
