Deputy General Manager Fehmi Durak informed that the land is about 83.000 m2 and the beach is 340 m long. The hotel with a 110 m usd investment budget targets the luxury segment of the market.

Hotel is based on a non alcoholic service concept. Durak claimed that they do supply a better service to guests.
