69 Tennis courts in a holiday village?
Popular holiday village, Club Ali Bey Manavgat has its own story about establishment and the operation so far. The negotiations ended with pure disappointment for the family. All the brands declared ‘ Complete the construction and leave the rest to us’
“ We rejected of course” said Esin Güral Argat, Board Member of GÜROK Tourism and Mining Corporation.
“ The brand is the name of our grandfather Ali Güral. We are practising, experiencing and we are still in a training course since 20 years ago”.
According to our statistics, we discovered 78 repeat holiday from the same family. We are more than a holiday village. Club Ali Bey is more likely a home abroad for our customers. We are reported about 4-5 repeat holidays per family per year.
Manavgat is more than a holiday destination as well. We are an international tenis center with our 69 regular tenis courts. Tenis center makes Clu Ali Bey a winter destination while so many of the hotels and villages stil keep closed. We increased the occupency both in October and April due to the tenis tournaments. Thanks to the Turkish Tenis Federation and İnternational Tenis Federation for their cooperation about the promotion.
Total investment for Side Village is 50 Mio USD. We increase the bed capacity up to 5000 with the new investment opening in 2010
Eygpt and Morocco are in our investment agenda for the future. Either together with a partner or financial renting, buying.
