Wednesday, 23. May 2012, 19:14
Police arrested a Pattaya beach thug in possession of a walkie-talkie, heavy duty knifes and fake heroin. The police checked the thugs record and found that he was recently out of jail. He had been convicted for murder.
Upon conducting a body search they found a two-way red
communication radio, in his black bag three big knives, white powder looking
like heroine in a coffee container, a sling shot with iron bullets and Viagra
tablets. All the seized items were kept as evidence.
Upon questioning Mr.Marut said he he did not have a job.
He always waited for his girlfriend who worked in a beer-bar and he claimed
that the radio was a gift from his friend who was a rescue organisation
volunteer. He gave the walkie-talkie and told him to carry it. The knives he
kept them to protect himself, the white powder was fake.
When the police officers checked his record, they found
that he had shot people dead in Chonburi province in 1995 and was released out
of jail in 2010. He admitted that he had killed people, but he had served 16
years in prison for his crime. He said, he was well behaved in prison.
Then he worked in Pattaya, but the polices did not believe
him they thought he was one of the small time gangsters in Pattaya at Best
friend beer bar area who was selling fake or real drugs to tourists.
The police would check Mr. Marut’s criminal record since
his release from prison and conduct a urine drug test to find out if the once
convicted criminal had returned to a life of crime.(pdn.com)
