Holiday Village worker raped, beat, robbed 65 y old Swiss

Thailand: Police arrested a worker who beat-up and rape a female 65-year-old tourist in Cha-Am housing estate. The female Swiss tourist was severely injured.
Banpot Saardeam, was arrested by Cha-am police, in
Petchburi province after he raped, beat up and burglarised a female Swiss tourist
age 65 on April 16.
The incident took at night in a house in Cha-am. The
severely injured tourist was admitted to Hua Hin hospital.
The suspect a construction labourer worked in the village
where the victim stayed. He said he knew the Swiss tourists daily routines.
Before incident, the suspect got drunk and planned to
burglarise her house. He was carrying a fake gun.
The Swiss woman saw the suspect who started to threaten
her. The victim resisted and the suspect used the fake gun to hit her in the
face and on the head several times. Thereafter he tied her up with a motorcycle
inner rubber tube.
As he searched the property the victim’s torn clothes made
him sexually aroused and raped the victim.
The Chairman of the Lawyers Association came to visit the
victim in the hospital. He said that will assist the victim if the victim wants
a lawyer. The Swiss tourist, the rape victim said the offer made her happy.
