UK Police asks tourists to help for finding a murder suspect

A Coventry man suspected of killing a family of four have is searched.
His mystery travel turned their attentions to a popular
tourist destination following a “major breakthrough” in the case.
A team of officers from Northamptonshire Police have gone
to Spain to follow up a tip that Anxiang Du, of Witnell Road, Daimler Green,
Radford, caught a ferry from the country to travel to Morocco.
They believe he is currently staying in Tangier – an area
to the north of the country near the Straights of Gibraltar.
Police say it is the best lead they have had so far in the
hunt for the Coventry man.
The turn of events follows months of silence from
investigators searching for Du who has been named the prime suspect in the
murders of the Ding family, of Northampton.
Police believe he killed all four in April last year
following a nine-year business dispute, before using public transport to travel
to Africa.
Det Chief Supt Simon Blatchly said: “We have had our
suspicions for some time that he is in Morocco.
“Now we are fairly sure that’s the case. But with 21st
century transport we accept he can travel quickly.
“It’s interesting that the route we believe he
took, from Victoria bus station, London to Paris, France, Spain and Morocco he
has used public transport
